I worked at stables at the time and I think she'd ingested some rat poison - if it hadn't been for that she would have lived much longer as she was a very happy and healthy little dog. My now-ex partner had a little JRT/mongrel cross, Sandy, who was almost twenty when she died; little dogs do seem Tigermousehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11386636767916316587noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-883785423019632704.post-2319631967600522642016-04-02T08:52:00.073+01:002016-04-02T08:52:00.073+01:00I love the cheeky terrier character! Annie is a whippet x terrier and she has the naughty characteristics of a terrier but can run like a whippet :) Eileen Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05755260410513572943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-883785423019632704.post-62201182363371897762016-04-01T22:29:13.887+01:002016-04-01T22:29:13.887+01:00I doubt I would go to Fairbourne again, but never ...I doubt I would go to Fairbourne again, but never say never. On a really nice day I may consider parking at Barmouth and getting the train across if it's not expensive - I'm sure there must be some nice photos to be had if the weather's good.

Glad you like the photos of Sophie and Poppie - they are quite sweet but can be like naughty little children sometimes. The year before last we took the National Rail train from Barmouth to Fairbourne which was quite inexpensive and dogs travel for free. I agree there isn't much in Fairbourne, but we went on The Fairbourne Steam Railway, get off for a coffee and short break at the end of the line before he return trip to FairbouneEileen Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05755260410513572943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-883785423019632704.post-46381233383835113362016-04-01T10:48:57.867+01:002016-04-01T10:48:57.867+01:00The rainbow shot is one of my favourites too, thou...The rainbow shot is one of my favourites too, though that's the first time I've ever seen a rainbow so low. I wonder if it was anything to do with Storm Katie?Tigermousehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11386636767916316587noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-883785423019632704.post-61835219593966676022016-04-01T10:44:05.700+01:002016-04-01T10:44:05.700+01:00Your very first shot is beautiful despite the weat...Your very first shot is beautiful despite the weather. My other favourite is the rainbow. I've seen several shots of very low rainbows in different parts of the country - it must have been something in the atmosphere last weekend.
The Glasgow Gallivanter
Anabel Marshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15643196773717977697noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-883785423019632704.post-51445650640907411912016-04-01T10:43:09.636+01:002016-04-01T10:43:09.636+01:00Glad you like the pictures Yvonne.
